Until medio June 2012 the monumental work ‘Riettürli’ (180 x 230 cm) by Misha de Ridder will be exhibited in the unique Brutalist architecture of the Thomaskerk in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The Thomaskerk by Dutch architect Karel L. Sijmons was finished in 1966 and contains a stained glass window by the Spanish artist Antonio Saura.
‘Riettürli’ can be visited on appointment or every Sunday before and after the service. For an appointment call +31 20 6738171. On March 11th at 3 pm there will be a Q&A and filmscreening with Misha de Ridder.

New video work by Misha de Ridder is on show at the event “Visions on Film” on the 5th Triennial of Photography in Hamburg, Germany. Also on show are presentations of video and photography work by Alex Prager, Eric Ogden, Marja Pirilä, Martina Sauter, Steve Schofield, Natalie Czech, Richard Mosse, Rico & Michael and Antonio Martinez.
The event “Visions on Film” will be the final climax of the 5th Triennial of Photography Hamburg (1 – 6 April 2011). Parallel to ten screens in the Triennial Tent presented, they give a unique insight into the common world of photography and film. Contemporary, internationally and unusual.
